School Information

Student with staff

Summit at Castro is a 6-12 Pathway school serving students ages 12-21 years of age. The typical high school student that enrolls in Summit is looking for a smaller, more individualized learning environment. Due to our school year being divided into trimesters, students at Summit regain lost credits, graduate faster and begin taking college classes while being a Summit student.

Summit offers multiple pathways for high school students to complete their high school graduation requirements, as well as programs for them to engage in internships, concurrent enrollment, and other post-secondary readiness opportunities. Summit has improved its overall School Performance Framework rating in the last three years, moving from yellow in 2016 to green for eight consecutive years, from 2017 to 2025.
